Driving Theory Test Online provides educational content, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests to help users prepare for the UK driving theory test. The Service includes both free and premium (paid) features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription and Payment
Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Subscription prices are in British Pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Driving Theory Test Online, including text, graphics, logos, images, study materials, and software, is the property of Driving Theory Test Online or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Share your account or subscription with others
6. Content Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the study materials or practice questions.
Driving Theory Test Online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government or the official UK driving theory test. We are an independent study platform.
Use of our Service does not guarantee you will pass the official UK driving theory test.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driving Theory Test Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
